Alex Faigel oversees the Family Dental Group offices, ensuring patients receive the professional care and attention they deserve and have come to expect from Family Dental Group. As part of his duties as manager of the daily operations of the dental practices, Alex Faigel makes it his duty to increase profitability through planning successful future business strategies, compiling monthly and annual reports, choosing strategic business areas that will attract new clients, and handling the majority of personnel and staffing issues.
zTrace Technologies
Mr. Faigel was formerly the head of sales and marketing at zTrace Technologies Inc. In his capacity as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for zTrace Technologies Inc., Faigel was responsible for not only leading the sales and marketing teams, but for heading public relations efforts and increasing revenue. Due to Alex’s outstanding work, zTrace has been featured in many media outlets, including Time Magazine, USA Today, CNN, Good Morning America, and NBC news.
Education
Alex Faigel studied entrepreneurship and marketing at Babson College, an institution well known for its highly competitive business school. While he was a student, Alex Faigel founded his own medical transcription business that worked with doctors in the greater Boston metro area. A top student, Alex Faigel was a Finalist in the Business Plan Competition at Babson and was published in a case study. Students use his case study today as part of the current MBA curriculum taught in Babson College’s graduate program.
Leisure Activities
When he is not working as the Manager of the Family Dental Group offices, Alex Faigel enjoys reading, skiing, playing basketball, and relaxing with his family.
